DUCTILE CAST IRON PIPES & its FITTINGS

PRODUCTION
1. DUCTILE IRON PIPES:
At present we can produce following kinds of ductile iron pipes:
DN80mm; DN100mm; DN150mm; Dn200mm; DN250mm; DN300mm; DN350mm; DN400mm; DN450mm. DN500mm; DN600mm; DN700mm; DN800mm; DN900mm; DN1000mm; DN1200mm; 16 sorts of ductile iron pipes. We can supply DN1400mm; DN1600mm; DN1800mm; DN2000mm; pipes as well too.
All pipes manufacture by centrifugal process to meet in every respect the requirement of International Standard ISO2531 (mainly classk9). The standard effective length is 6.0 meters, however 10% of the pipes can be supplied shorter than 6.0 meters as per ISO 2531.

JOINT:
The sorts of joint are push-on (tyton) joint, mechanical joint-N1 type and S type joint.
INTERNAL COATING:
All pipes are lined internally with cement by centrifugal process in accordance with ISO4179.

EXTERAL COATING:

All pipes are coated externally by metallic Zinc in accordance with ISO8179 and then covered by bituminous paint with the standard BS3416.

PACKING:
The pipes of DN?300 are bound with steel belts, others are in bulk. In each bundle of pipes, there are 18 pieces of DN100mm, 15 pieces of DN150mm, 12 pieces of DN200mm, 6 pieces of DN250mm and 6 pieces of DN300mm separately.

2. FITTINGS:
All ductile fittings are in accordance with the ISO2531, lined internally with cement as per ISO4179, coated externally covered by bituminous paint. All fittings are packed with wooden crate or on wooden basement. Some sorts of fittings dimensions see the attachment.

3. RUBBER GASKETS

All rubber gaskets for pipes are in accordingly with ISO4633. all gaskets are packed with wooden cases or in bags. (All gaskets avoid exposing to light and high storage temperatures).

4. POLYETHYLENE SLEEVES
As per customer requirement, polyethylene sleeve of 200-micron thickness in supplied in accordance with ISO8180. all sleeves are bound with wooden cases or in bags.(All sleeves avoid exposing to light and high storage temperatures).


5. LUBRICATING PASE
Push-on joint are sealed during assembly by compression of the joint gasket. This op

eration requires the use of lubricating paste to reduce the force needed for the compression. the paste dose not affect drinking water quality and inhibits bacterial growth. It is water-resistant, packaged in containers and can be used over a wide temperature range (-200C to + 600C).

1.1 Type of Joints:
The pipes are the socket and spigot "push-on" (Tyton - type) joint in accordance with ISO2531 and ISO9002.

1.2 Manufacture Materials:
All the pig iron for manufacture the Pipes and fittings are supplied by the our group , which is famous for its BRAND which is low Sulphur and Phosphorus. The high pig iron is selected for the production of Ductile Iron Pipes and Fittings, whose Maine composition as Follows:

Ductile Iron Pipes and Fittings containing in its final shape spheroid graphite of quantity can guarantee the mechanical characteristics as required by ISO2531 and ISO9002.
1.3 Average Density of Metal is: Appox.7050 kg/m3

1.5 Marking:

The following marks will be painted on the body of each pipe:
(1) Batch No. indicted the exact date of manufacture;
(2) The nominal diameter "DN***;
(3) The class designation "kg";
(4) The manufacture's identification mark.
(5) Other letters which required by the clients.
On the spigot end of Pipes and Fittings with a push-on type joint, socket penetration lines (Two white painted lines) shall appear on the spigot end of each pipe.

1.6 Quality to Pipes and Fittings:

All Pipes and Fittings are brand new and have no any defects. Which not more than half a year since its manufacture date and never been used before. Pipes can be cut, drilled or machined.

Tolerances on straightness of pipe, length of pipes, wall thickness , joint and others are according to ISO2531 and ISO09002.

1.9 Coating:
All Pipes are internally centrifugal lined by cement mortar lining according
to OřISO4179.
All pipes are externally coated by metallic zinc coating plus bitumen spraying according to ISO8179.
The inside of the socket shall be free of mortar and be with contrasting bitumen.
